Computer Glitch Slows Early Voting (Orlando) http://www.local6.com/news/17857475/detail.html
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A computer glitch slowed early voting in Orange County Friday morning, causing three-hour waits at some locations and frustrating Floridians trying to take advantage of early voting. About 500 people were waiting in line to vote at the Alafaya Branch Library, located off state Road 50 in east Orange County, as record numbers of people continue to turn out for early voting. Woody Rodriguez, attorney for the supervisor of elections, told Local 6 News that a local server was causing voting to be delayed, but was not preventing people from voting. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to Mark Crispin Miller's "News From Underground" newsgroup.
