Curiously, Obama had negative coattails in all but one race against a Republicon incumbent. Naturally, the race that got a lot of attention from the election reform community was the one which the powers that be apparently decided not to tamper with, and therefore, Feeney is out. Also, we have counting problems right in the Tampa Bay Area.
