It will instead let those who are living in these trailers remain and purchase them for as little as $5. Thanks to all of you who made phone calls, wrote letters and emails, and organized and attended rallies. They really made a difference. Of course, this is only a first step. We still need to keep the pressure on so that FEMA and other government agencies act to ensure that survivors get housing vouchers, employment and other resources they need in order to rebuild their homes and their lives.
