*Registration Process:*
1. Filling in a registration form at the printing centers available at
the registration offices of Emirates Identity Authority at a cost of AED 40
or free of charge through this website click here

2. Attending personally at a registration office with the application
form, valid original passport, and the following documents:
- *UAE Nationals:* Family Book
- *Residents:* Residence
- *GCC Citizens:* one of these documents (valid work certificate, or
attested and valid lease / ownership contract)
- *2-year Younger children:* bringing them to the registration office
along with 2 Personal Photos (5.5 X4.5 size, light-blue Background)
*Registration fees:*
- *UAE Nationals:* AED 100 plus20 derhams as delivery fees.
- *National under social security:* free of charg
- *Residents and GCC Citizens:* AED 100 for each year and 20 dirhams as
delivery fees
- *For children below 15 years:* the registration in the population
register is mandatory, but issuing the card is optional. In case the
parents wish to issue a card for a child below 15, the fees shall be: AED
50.

*ID card Delivery fees:* AED 20
*Receiving the ID card:*
Emirates Identity Authority ensures delivery of ID cards to applicants via
express courier service against payment of Dh/20 fee to be made on
enrolment.
