Maintenance Manager Based in Sharjah Candidate Profile: Minimum 5-10 years of maintenance management experience. Food/Manufacturing/packaging environment is an asset. Familiarity with Automated process / packaging technology and working knowledge of PLC's Strong background in preventive maintenance computerized programs. Must be a demonstrated Decision maker who easily interacts with others, and who adopts a hands-on approach to leading and motivating a team Must have an Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Handling new projects, including production lines commissioning a definite asset Job Responsibilities: The incumbent will coordinate and manage the maintenance of the production and building facility of a new food industry. Responsibilities include: Coordinate requirements of production lines, erection jobs including MEP and civil work. Direct and lead staff in the everyday scheduling, preventative maintenance and repairing of production equipment. Source and order all parts and maintain spare parts inventory. Maintain all safety requirements as per company policies and procedures Liaise with government agencies and other regulatory bodies as required Initiate Training within department as required -Maintain and work within maintenance cost budgets.
