QC Manager Based in Sharjah Candidate Profile: Graduate in Science, preferably a Food Technologist with min5 years experience as QC Manager / In-charge in a reputed food processing industry. Job Responsibility: Monitoring quality of all products - Raw materials, Packing materials, In-process and finished products - by ensuring completion of quality control tests and inspection tasks. Implementation of HACCP, safety and ISO systems and maintain all documentation. Conducting quality audits and initiating actions in anticipation of quality problems. Ensuring sound quality of all testing equipment including calibration. Formulating and implementing quality and safety awareness programs in the factory. Maintain all documents relating to Local municipal and government legislation. Analysis of customer complaints & in process rejection, corrective actions on root causes identified and study of effectiveness of corrective actions.
