It is a politically framed case initiated by Congress with just an aim to prevent the CPM advancement in the last 2006 assembly election. Because of this reason party has decided to fight it politically and legally. Then came the 2009 Parliament election and the Imperialists, National Monopolists and the Rightists want to finish the CPM strength in the National level and they came together with this Common Agenda and for which they have Nandigram in Bengal and Lavlin in Kerala. The Media had done its job by projecting this as a Scandal rather than as a case for which most of them bypass the principles of the 4th Estate in all its respects. The post election scenario is favor of Congress in Centre and they have fully utilized the climate to pressurize the Governor to take again a political decision against his own Cabinet advice against the Prosecution Issue. Now, the Party is going to focus mainly on 2 issues in the Courts while continuing its Political actions: 1) Is the Governor can bypass his own Cabinet Decision in line with the Pressure tactics applied by the UDF in the form of Hartal, Governor Office Picketing and the Congress with its Central Government strength? 2) What ever the loss to Cancer Center Fund is due to the in action of kadvoor Sivadasan and accordingly book him for such a loss to the State and prove that the CBI and Congress has done a Cheap Political Maneuver in this Case. 3) This is a lengthy process in our Judicial System and accordingly, we would request you guys to wait for the out come of the said legal exercise. But this is scandal made by Pinarayi while administering as Electricity Minister of the state. Administration do not mean mal administration. Everybody, while making administration, can get alllegations of corruption, nepotism, scandal. If the person is innocent by afraid of the courts. R Balakrishna Pillai, K.Karunakaran, Padmarajan, K.M.Mani, etc. are alleged with the corruption case or scandals. Anybody told that don't go to court? Here the party itself, is challenging an allegation. That means the party got the money. otherwise why afraid of the challenging the case. No money for going to the court? Then how Palm Oil case, Bhrahmapuram case is conducting by the party. Say something sensible to all.
