Dear friends,

I am also having some simple questions / doubts about Mr. Unnithan’s Argument.

1.    What was Unnithan’s purpose of travelling to Manjeri?

He was telling that he was on his way to Bangalore, but unofficial  news is
that he has come to Malapuram to attend the UDF “Vilakayatta Dharna”.  He was
telling that he was going to Bangalore to bring his son, if that is the case
what was this lady’s role in this Journey? What was her purpose  of travel to
Malapuram (Manjeri) alone with Mr. Unnithan who was  going to Bangalore? A
married lady Travelling with a known person is not a crime in India as far as
motive or the intention is good.   But staying in one room in the night with a
lady  not in blood relation is not acceptable as per the Indian culture.

2.    Another question is what is the age of Mr.Unnithaan’s son and what is he
doing in Bangalore? This question is very important because, is the son not
capable of travelling alone from Bangalore to Quilon? (I am not questioning a
father’s integrity or love & affection)

3.    He was telling in the news conference and in the TV channels that the
lady is known to him and her parents & brother know about their travel  and Mr.
Unnithan was also claiming that he informed his wife about the travel and the
stay in Manjeri in advance. If it is so, Why Mr. Unnithaan did not explain all
the facts to the police or to the Public of Manjeri (the so called CPM and PDP
activists). Why he & the lady was hiding themselves from the TV cameras?.

4.    Why he did not inform the lady’s husband or mother in law about the
Journey?

5.    Why he did not call from the spot any of the UDF leaders or any of the
UDF local leaders to explain his innocents?

6.    He was / is  telling that he happened to reach  Manjeri  accidently on
his way to Bangalore, if it is so how can he say that it was pre-planned by CPM
and PDP?

7.    Was he not aware that via Vayanad the night journey to Mysore is banned
till he reach Manjeri?

8.    If they are innocent why they did not prefer to stay in Hotel in two
different rooms or with any UDF or Congress local leader’s house ?

9.    Why any of the UDF leaders come to help or protect him till now if he is
innocent and if it is “pre-planned” by CPM & PDP leaders?

10. In the news conference he was telling that he wanted to spend the night in
the rented house since there is a ban for night journey and to proceed to
Bangalore next morning. But in the discussion in Manorama News channel he was
telling that he wanted to drop the lady in the rented house and wanted to
return to hotel for his stay. Why such a contradiction in his statement with in
two hours gap. (Don’t think about the logic that he want to leave a lady who is
his family friend alone in a house in the night which is not known to him
before as per his claim)

11. What is the ‘History & Geography’ of Shanimol that Unnithan hinted in his
telephone interview with Indiavision? Was it a good remark to make about a lady
who is a public servent & a co-worker of his party?

12. What was the motive of ‘Keralashabdam’ to publish the story about this very
pair (Mr. Unnithan & other lady)  in 2005?

Regards

Sethu

Dear friend,

While admitting your freedom of opinion I should like to point out something
that may contradict your views on the Unnithan case.  (1) A medical paper is
not required to establish an immoral traffic. In fact the Manjeri crowd did not
give time to the accused to commit the intercourse, it is reported.  (2) It is
not justifiable to think the people who gathered in Manjeri are all bad people
and those who support Unnithan are all honest people.  A native person of
Manjeri is believed to have told some political leaders that he was offered
money if he "cooperated" with the v i p.

(3) Whenever a congress leader becomes accused in some case, a number of
"evidences" start circulating in the media with the purpose of painting him
innocent.  I don't know why this happens in Kerala.  Such circulation of
"evidences" is mainly done by manorama and like-minded email enthusiasts..
Finally when some court finds the accused guilty, the supporters will wash
their hands (as happened in the sister Abhaya case).

(4) What made the police take Unnithan into custody was circumstantial
evidence, I suppose.  What made local people turn against Unnithan was that he
was seen entering into and staying closed in an 'infamous' house of their
locality. I think many of the natives may have heard 'stories' of Unnithan
before and they knew both the man and woman belong to Kollam district which is
300km away.  As such, the polite and honorable thing we can do here is to wait
and see, without hurriedly sending emails to save the accused.  More over, how
can you be sure the woman will not disclose some secrets later that might harm
Unnithan's position?

(4) Last, two simple questions.
(a) Some email enthusiasts had been circulating "pinarayi house" some time
ago.  Did any of those email forwarders make any apology to the public when
they finally learned the picture was false?
(b) Do you believe the LDF will counter the media attacks by using false
pictures and false texts?  The Left will never do that.  As per my experience,
the Left people always keep some ethics in their minds. I believe the Left
people are genuinely brave, so, they will never have to resort to any gimmicks
in order to prove anything.

Thanking you,
Habeeb.

Dear all,

Good day,

It was a preplanned programme.

It may / can happen with anyone .

Two days back PDP leader Madni told media about this....

Next chance is for Ramesh Chennithala.....

Because these two people criticised PDP Leader Madani last week from Congress
Party

Also pls. note that how PDP linked with CPIM in Malapuram.... How they got news
in the night itself....!!

How he reached Malapuram for sex intercourse !!??  .... it can't believe......
Even he could have gone somewhere near for the same ... if he wanted at all
......

Where is the agent who had organised the house for him... We understand '
recognise Ashraf...!!

He has link with PDP/CPIM !!!

After all , A big question remains here WHAT IS THE CHARGE ON HIM ?!! Hence the
medical report also negative !! and is it illegal in India traveling with a
lady who are known each other ?

By the by let me very clear that If it is proved he is  wrong then of course he
has to be punished.

Warm Regards,

Chessil Ramapuram.
