P.S. I think the opportunity for new ideas on one side with mobile for civic
tech is exciting and on the other with the user centralization via break-out
mobile app experiences and the cost for civic efforts to ride along to reach the
public’s eyeballs is a big issue. I’ve been learning first hand with my
http://1radionews.com Android app just how challenging it is to get to 10,000
downloads with a non-game niche app “that’s good for you” … and my paid pro
version even has a crazy high 4.9 rating (and a few hundred downloads). Anyway,
