Yep, providing it has a battery cage (cage takes common AAs or rechargables that
need to be charged out side the Newt). 
A wall wart is the battery charger/ac/dc converter. It senses 120/220 volts and
does other self regulating things. It will run the Newt from a wall outlet like
any other electrical appliance. They come in 2 varieties, 7 watt and 9 watt I
believe. The 7 watt was originally shipped with the earlier Newts. The 9 watt
one shipped with the 2xxx series. Both work.

Depending on the wear and tear on the Newt you are getting, one hundred dollars
