Infatti la definizione di ‘open access’ non include lo sfruttamento
commerciale gratuito delle opere.

Come già indicato nella risalente dichiarazione di Berlino del 2003 (
https://openaccess.mpg.de/Berlin-Declaration), nonché nei successivi studi,
ad esempio Peter Suber, “*Open Access*”, The MIT Press 2012.

Quanto al diritto all'accesso all'informazione quale diritto fondamentale,
tra molti, consentimi il riferimento al mio lavoro pubblicato nel 2011 “*Right
