Hello, Everybody. The basic reference for Europe, as far as I am aware, is the 2-CD set, "Out of the Blue: Flight Calls of Migrants and Vagrants." It's by Arnoud van den Berg, Mark Constantine, Magnus Robb, and The Sound Approach (2003). Magnus, you out there? Do you want to say anything specific about this? All I can say, from my rather distant perspective, is that I've greatly enjoyed listening to the recordings on "Out of the Blue." Next time I hear a Lesser Short-toed Lark on nocturnal migration over central Colorado, I'll be prepared... -------------------------------
