Hi Manuela, this file should be created by the install.pl.
I untared the package, copied my old nfsen.conf, created a new nfsen directory somewhere (defined in my nfsen.conf) and then run the install.pl. I could see the new files created in the new 'nfsen' directory (nfsen-shell-param) included.
