Hi Manuela,

this file should be created by the install.pl. 

I untared the package, copied my old nfsen.conf, created a new nfsen
directory  somewhere (defined in my nfsen.conf) and then run the
install.pl. I could see the new files created in the new 'nfsen'
directory (nfsen-shell-param) included.
