This must be an NfSen 1.2.4 installation. Anyway - this file is created
automatically, when installing NfSen. So re-install NfSen. Please note: Do not
mix up
stable 1.2.4 and 1.3b somehow. If you start from scratch with NfSen take 1.3b
instead.
