Hi Berant,
librrd requires some other dependencies. Under OpenBSD you compile nfdump as:
% setenv LDFLAGS '-L/usr/X11R6/lib -L/usr/local/lib'
% ./configure --enable-nfprofile --with-rrdpath=...
