Strange, I have six 6509 reporting netflow with the same configuration.

Perhaps you can try to add:

mls netflow interface
mls flow ip interface-full
mls nde sender version 5

The other error I suppose that is derived for the lack of data in this 
timeslot (needed for detail stats). If you obtain data now must be fixed 
automatically.
