Unfortunately I have no schedule for a final release. However, I hope to 
release a next snapshot, which is already
pretty stable. I perfectly understand your concerns with snapshit software, but 
I'd rather want to have really stable
and tested software before a final release.

Just be aware, that once installed the snapshot, older versions ( up to and 
including 1.5.7 ) wont be able to read the
new files. And - last but not least - feel free to send ideas and requests - 
user input is very needed, even if no
guarantee exists for implementation :)
