We were using flow-tag for grouping different subnets which are belong
to unique node.We need to tag the flows according to
src/dst ip ranges so we can filter the flows to see the traffic going
in/out to/from the nodes.
Hmm .. but you can specify the filters directly on the command line. If you need
them more often, store the filter into a file.

Yes filters can be passed from the command line but I need to save the
tagged flow and aggregate the flows according to the tags.
That is not quite possible without tagging because not all the IP ranges
we have are at the same size(one is /24 and the other is /23 for example).
