Hi this might have been fixed already in a newer version but in 1.6.1 the csv 
output from nfdump shows bps as pbs:

/usr/local/bin/nfdump -o csv -M /data/nfcapd/flows/router -R 
2011/05/10/nfcapd.201105101000:2011/05/10/nfcapd.201105101000 -n 5 -s 
srcport:p/bps
ts,te,td,pr,val,fl,flP,ipkt,ipktP,ibyt,ibytP,pps,pbs,bpp
