Amazon Time (AMT) = UTC -04:00

You can not have the same time in AMT and UTC. It does not really matter what
timezone you set on your server. But the
time on each device need to be correct in the timezone set. If you have UTC
08:21 Aug 4 on your router, then your server
needs to have AMT 04:21 Aug 4, otherwise you have a time shift. Playing with
timezones in general is a bit messy. I'd
recommend to have the same timezone everywhere.
