Ok, what i meant with "Also, you mentioned that this didn't occur before,
what was the config before your change ?" was: did the config of the router
change in any way ? This tends to happen some times between major upgrades
of versions on Cisco gear.
The clue is probably in the pcaps if the netflow related config hasn't
changed at all. Maybe the release notes of the IOS you installed are
hinting of any changes in behaviour?
