Botnets are very interesting area and is one of the great focused-on topics. If you want to be a cyber-warfare expert then definately you should know about it.
And am sure, there are persons in this group who did somekind of research or have experience in botnets. Can you share your experience if not the entire thesis work? This information might improve skills of others in this group thus make them efficient security warriors!
