Government shall encourage such persons also to provide tamper proof and hack proof solutions rather arresting him for his discoveries and disclosures. At his capacity he has shown the world the two ways of hacking the EVM. There also might exists numerous such ways to break thru the algorithms of EVM. Am just thinking now, there shall also be a fool proof way of wire/cable tampering technique to alter the results. Considering the sensitivity of risk impact during the technology failures, government shall not entertain the usage of electronic equipments to decide fate of country.
