The Federal has proposed a new framework for Business and Policymakers
on protecting consumer privacy in the era of rapid change of digital
world/economy. The framework applies to all entities that collect user
data or use data that can be reasonably linked to specific consumer,
computer or specific device. Three main principles of this framework
are:

1) Privacy by Design: Companies should promote their consumer privacy
throughout their organizations at every stage of the development of
their products and services.

2) Simplified Choice: Companies should simplify consumer choice.

3) Greater Transperancy: Companies should increase the transparency
their data practises.
