Case 1: Use telnet to remotely login to windows and execute your commands. Case 2: Run nc in windows (listen on a port) and from Linux you can remotely give commands.
In Case 2 you dont have to give user/password as inputs. Hope this might give you some vision. If anyone has got any workaround... do reply.
