JD: As a Security Test Specialist you are responsible for:
•Security Test Leader in the program or respective technology area. ◦Collaborate together with architects and designers to create a testable maintainable systems and convert requirements into security test designs. ◦Define functional & security acceptance tests for verification of requirements with shared responsibility for project scope, requirements and risks. ◦Define test automaton strategy focusing all type of tests at pre-integration and at system level. •Security Test strategy and execution:◦Engages in the definition of testable security requirements ◦Coach the team in implementing and performing test activities. ◦Gather, organize & document test requirements (functional and non-functional), write test plans, ensures all tests are executed, progress is properly managed and maintained in relevant documents •Work together with Philips Security of Excellence team to schedule and agree program specific activities. We are looking for someone with a… •Information Security Professional with experience working on different technologies and platforms •Overall 6+ years of professional IT Security consulting experience as -- •Application security architecture reviews and threat modelling •Secure Code Reviews •Application security Assessments •Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessments ◦Web Services Assessment ◦Device Security Testing ◦Network Security Testing ◦Wireless Security Testing i.e. Bluetooth, WIFI ◦Reverse Engineering and Fuzzing •Sound experience on Web Application Security tools, Network Application Security tools , Reverse Engineering tools, Fuzzing Tools •Well versed with Security Assessment and methodologies like OWASP, OSSTMM, etc. •Good consulting and communication skills - good people and conflict resolution skills. •Security certifications like OSCP, CEH, GCIH. •Master or Bachelor degree in SW Engineering, Informatics, or equivalent •ISTQB advanced or, preferably ISTQB CTAL certification, or equivalent •Strong drive in the field of software testing •Strong and proven management skills for test & integration teams •Experience in Test Automation on various platforms (PC application, Mobile app and Web related technologies) •Excellent and proven experience in translating test architecture into V&V plans •A drive to play the part needed to make a project successful in leading the test teams •Experience in 10+ person projects •Basic knowledge of Configuration Management, Risk Management and Requirements Management •Proven track record in a high-speed product development environment •Preferably working experience in agile development methodologies •A team player, eager to invest in personal and team growth. •Strong analytical, conceptual and creative thinking skills.
