You need to modify the share in one of two ways:

share -F nfs -o rw,root=hostname /Documents

which will only allow hostname root access or

share -F nfs -o rw,anon=0 /Documents


which will allow root from any host to have access.

Look at the man page for share_nfs(1M) for more details.
