Joe, yuhp, I've been reading up on them also. They seem to be a bunch  
of ex-Sun people who left to create an NFS virtualizer device. It's a  
bit odd that they chose to build it on top of a Linux kernel though.  
I suppose the OpenSolaris wasn't around at that time...
