Will just bounce the daemon and see how things go.

In the interim, anyone have a clever way to identify requests that go
unanswered or are delayed due to lack of sufficient threads?  I thought
maybe "Pending requests" might expose this, but it's 0 in my ::svc_pool
nfs output.
