01812a3 removes libceph-fs from .travis.yml for libcepfs-devel seems not
to be in the asked pkg repository anymore, causing the build to fail.
fb4a5a7 a quick patch to prevent ganesha to get NFS dedicated port and
RPC service when configuration file do not ask for NFS (in my case I
have 9p-only servers)
2a43107 is my pnfs/FlexFiles patch.
