So  can we atleast move Clean_RPC() api to top , so that unregister of 
ports will work properly? . I have sent to patch to do the same

Is this bug related to svc_shutdown() ? . I have similar issue with 
svc_shutdown, i.e ganesha process got killed before completing 
svc_shutdown() function,
but I didn't debug that issue thoroughly.
