I have +2 code reviewed all the patches I am considering staged for rc2. I
will start the merge Friday morning.

I figured out the problem with cthon04, turns out we actually had a bug in
RELEASE_LOCKOWNER that has been there for quite some time...

I was also wrong about lock owners, it turns out I was misreading the
tcpdump trace. It's not easy to follow cthon04 lock tests (which
unfortunately really don't test all that much).

Dan - no one has reviewed your patch yet, so I did not stage that. If it
gets positive review by morning I will add it to the staging. If anyone
