So cache_inode_close has been replaced with a direct call to FSAL close method.
This is not always valid, and might result in loss of state.... With FSAL_VFS having moved to multi-fd support, that isn't an issue, but might be an issue with other FSALs. It also may result in close method being called with an already closed object handle... Will fix up enough that pynfs against FSAL_CEPH doesn't crash.
