Handle truncate on open/create UNCHECKED in fsal_open2 Rather than every FSAL's open2 checking for truncate situation and removing size = 0 attribute set and setting O_TRUNC, do that in fsal_open2. Note that nfs4_op_open.c still detects the condition and sets FSAL_O_TRUNC itself, that is because it might end up calling fsal_reopen2 which does not take attributes (it would only allow truncate anyway).
