This is weird. I just logged off completely and logged back in without
getting such prompting.
I've got these permissions right now:

Access public repositories
Read org and team membership
Access user email addresses (read-only)


It's pretty much expected that it wants to check email address given it
checks it in our commit authorship, rest is pretty much public already
as far as I know.

It's weird that it'd want *write* access to your personal data, I think
you should send a mail to gerrithub support - supp...@gerritforge.com
They're on this list but might as well ask directly ;)
