Hmm.
I just logged out of gerrithub and github completely, and (still) didn't
get this prompt.

My permissions for gerrithub right now are (as listed on github,
settings, personal settings>Authorized applications):
- Access public repositories
- Read org and team membership
- Access user email addresses (read-only)


These are fair permissions which don't give out much more than publicly
accessible infos, and gerrit does use your mail addresses so it makes
sense.


I don't see how to manually add an authorized application like that with
accesses we control from github though, so I think you're good to ask
gerrithub support...
