ceph: add new config section for ceph exports to provide cephx user_id
Add a new user_id option in the export-specific FSAL section for ceph
that defaults to NULL when not specified. Load the export-specific FSAL
section for ceph mounts when an export is created, and pass that option
to ceph_create to make it use that cephx user for access.
