This check is "less than" when it should be "less than or equal"

As a result,
$ dbus-send --print-reply --system --dest=org.ganesha.nfsd
/org/ganesha/nfsd/ExportMgr org.ganesha.nfsd.exportstats.GetFastOPS
int16:${ExportID}
does not print the number of COMMIT operations received.
Should I send a pull request or can someone take care of this minor change ?
