FYI: FSAL_VFS add brute force compute_readdir_cookie support
This patch allows testing the compute_readdir_cookie support using
FSAL_VFS. Due to the cost of computing readdir cookies (it does a
readdir looking for the new entry), this is not suitable for actual
use, but its helpful for testing and to provide an example.
