Hi.

name_to_handle_at() has been in linux for at least 5 years, and works 
fine on every disto I've tested (including Fedora, Centos, Ubuntu, 
Debian, Arch, and Gentoo).  Could you be more specific about the errors 
you're having?  Are you not using Glibc?
