Change subject: Add gsh_context to FSAL_UP stacking

Add gsh_context to FSAL_UP stacking
The recent change from tracking fsal_export to tracking export ID means
that gsh_export needs to be set in op_ctx for MDCACHE to work properly.
Add gsh_exprot to the auto-stacking for FSAL_UP ops, and set op_ctx
properly.
