9P xattr: cleanup fid struct and remove references to xattr "id"
Allocate the fid xattr sub-struct separately to have more flexibility
Remove references to iounit that weren't used
This is also the first step to merging the FSAL xattr APIs (the
old 'extattrs' call and the new xattrs added to GPFS for NFS 4.2)
as this "by id" does not make much sense to keep
