Fix closing at termination and non-supported services
Bugfix: the transport should be destroyed, rather than arbitrarily
closing the fd without removing the transport from various tables.
(Implementing a long-standing 2012 Adam Emerson note in the code.)
Bugfix: VSOCK closed twice.
Bugfix: saved fd wasn't always set to -1 for non-supported services.
