FSAL: Provision for performance stats.
Defined and added stats structure to hold the FSAL specific performance
counters.
Added DBUS interface to extract and reset those perf stats. Every FSAL needs to
allocate its own structure, collect the statistics and provide methods by which
the stats can be extracted and reset.
