This patch will need to be backported as part of V2.5.2. It’s a pretty serious
regression included in the patches going in.

Fix root squashing for NFSv3
We modify export_perms.options even though a valid export exists. This
makes root_squash ineffective for NFSv3! The code now checks for absence
of an export before modifying export_perms.options! Also used
EXPORT_OPTION_SQUASH_TYPES to clear squash options alone.
