Fixup request_mask handling in mdcache_refresh_attrs
Two issues are resolved:
1. If the sub-FSAL modifies request_mask, things aren't broken.
2. If the sub-FSAL provides an ACL gratis, we go ahead and pretend we
asked for it so it will get properly refreshed.
