Change subject: Update parent handle with content_lock held

Update parent handle with content_lock held
content_lock on the object should be held in exclusive mode while
updating the parent handle (fsobj.fsdir.parent).
Observed a crash in mdcache_locate_host() with NULL addr and 48 byte
length parent handle!
