NFSv4: remove stable-storage client record on DESTROY_CLIENTID
DESTROY_CLIENTID is an indicator that we're unmounting the filesystem on
the client. We shouldn't expect the client to reconnect if the server
reboots, and keeping the record around would delay lifting the grace
period.
