That's garbage and was forgotten to remove. Delete this file.
If you still don't see any graphs enable debugging in conf.php:
$DEBUG=1;
This creates a file /var/tmp/nfsen-log
You should see entries like
RRD graph command is 'PortTracker::get-portgraph'
