As far as I know, this is a feature, not a bug.
In version 20070312 you need to select 'time window' and then drag the green
line on the picture left and right to select a time interval. Also,
selecting the time interval from the tstart/tstop boxes doesn't work (the
time interval doesn't get updated).
I believe this is how it's supposed to work compared to the previous
versions.
